Develop effective Ground Fighting and Wrestling skills in our Austin Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Wrestling / Submission Grappling Training Class. Your instruction is focused on developing you into a knowledgeable, competent ground fighter and wrestler, able to use those skills in competition and self-defense. Every structured class includes group and one-on-one coaching, coordination drills, partner learning, explanation of technique mechanics, and sparring. You will learn how to gain optimal positions on the ground, and execute effective submissions and holds to debilitate an opponent, utilizing techniques and frameworks from our core grappling arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi) and Wrestling, and from other arts, such as Judo and Russian Sambo. Training with mindful classmates, you will improve your skills and fitness, no matter what level they may be, in a challenging, yet safe environment.
